OTC Industrial Technologies Announces New Dispense Center of Excellence in Louisville, KY
Grand Opening Event Scheduled for June 4
Louisville, KY — June 4, 2026 — OTC Industrial Technologies is proud to announce the launch of its new Dispense Center of Excellence (COE), a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing high viscosity fluid dispensing, mixing, metering, and automation technologies for industrial applications.
Located at OTC’s Tape Louisville facility, the approximately 4,000 sq. ft. Center of Excellence brings together a cross-functional team of engineering, technical support, customer service, research and development, and sales to deliver a fully integrated, hands-on experience for customers.
The COE was developed to solve a critical challenge faced by manufacturers: validating processes before they reach production. By combining advanced equipment with real-world application expertise. OTC’s unique relationships with Sealant and Adhesive manufacturers, equipment solution providers, and material suppliers will allow end user customers to validate dispensing applications before approving for in plant use reducing risk, improving efficiency, and accelerating implementation timelines.
A Collaborative Approach to Process Validation
Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders Graco and FANUC, the Center of Excellence provides access to the latest manual, automated, and robotic dispensing technologies.
Customers can conduct multi-day, on-site testing using their own materials on production-grade systems.
The facility features:
- Advanced dispense systems for precision metering and mixing applications
- Dedicated robotic demonstration bays for automation testing
- Hands-on training environments for both customers and OTC employees
- Collaborative development opportunities with OTC experts, material suppliers and equipment manufacturer's
