This Privacy Policy applies specifically to information collected through your enrollment in or use of the SMS Service.

We generally do not use the content of SMS messages to create marketing profiles. However, messages may include information related to your account, transactions, security events, or use of our services.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the SMS Service to:
- Send account, security, transaction, billing, or service notifications you have requested or authorized;
- Confirm your identity or help protect your account;
- Process enrollment, opt-out, and assistance requests;
- Deliver, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the SMS Service;

- Enforce our agreements and protect our rights, users, and systems.
We do not use your mobile phone number for unrelated marketing purposes unless we obtain any consent required by applicable law.
3. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Service Providers
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the SMS Service, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, cloud-hosting providers, analytics providers, customer-support tools, identity-verification services, and security providers. These vendors may use information only to provide services to us and as otherwise permitted by their agreements with us.
Carriers and Messaging Partners
We may share your mobile phone number, message-routing information, and related technical information with mobile carriers, messaging networks, and other communications partners as necessary to transmit messages, process delivery information, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable requirements.
Legal and Safety Purposes
- We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of OTC Industrial Technologies, our users, or others;
- Investigate fraud, security incidents, or suspected unlawful activity; or
- Enforce our agreements.
Business Transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction.
With Your Direction
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. SMS Consent and Opt-Out Information
We retain records of your SMS consent, including the mobile number, date and time of enrollment, enrollment method, and any subsequent opt-out or re-enrollment activity. We use these records to honor your preferences and demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message from us.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. You will not receive further SMS notifications unless you re-enroll, although you may continue to receive essential communications through other channels, such as email or in-app notifications.

5. Message Content and Account Information
Because SMS messages may contain account-related information, anyone who can access your mobile device or messages may be able to view that information. You are responsible for securing your device, account credentials, and mobile number.
We recommend using device security features such as a passcode, biometric authentication, screen-lock notifications, and remote-device management where available.
6. Data Retention
We retain SMS-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and administer the SMS Service;
- Maintain business and customer-service records;
- Honor and document consent and opt-out preferences;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations;
- Resolve disputes; and
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect SMS-related information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You should promptly notify us if you believe your account or mobile number has been compromised.

9. Mobile Carriers and Third Parties
The SMS Service depends on mobile carriers and third-party messaging providers. Those parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. OTC Industrial Technologies is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties that are not under our control.
Your wireless carrier may collect information about your use of mobile services, including message delivery and network information. Review your carrier’s privacy policy for more information.
