These SMS Account Notifications Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the SMS account-notification service (“Service”) provided by OTC Industrial Technologies (“OTC Industrial Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS account notifications, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enroll in the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service provides text-message notifications related to your account or transactions with OTC Industrial Technologies. Messages may include:

• Login, password, or authentication notifications;

4. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you re-enroll.

Opting out of SMS notifications may prevent you from receiving certain account, security, or transaction alerts by text message. You may continue to receive essential communications through other channels, such as email or in-app notifications.

6. Changes to Your Mobile Number or Account

You must notify us if you change, disconnect, or transfer the mobile number associated with your account. You agree not to enroll a mobile number that belongs to another person without that person’s authorization.

If you no longer control the mobile number associated with your account, you must promptly remove it from your account or contact us. OTC Industrial Technologies is not responsible for messages sent to a number that you have provided if you fail to update your account information.

Our collection and use of personal information, including your mobile phone number and information about your use of the Service, are described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://otcindustrial.com/sms-privacy.

SMS messages may contain information about your account. Please use appropriate precautions to protect your mobile device and account credentials.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that messages will always be delivered, delivered on time, or available in every location or on every device or carrier network. Delivery may be affected by network coverage, technical problems, device settings, carrier restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

OTC Industrial Technologies may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• Provide a mobile number without authorization; or
• Attempt to access another person’s account or notifications.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTC Industrial Technologies disclaims all warranties regarding the Service, including warranties of availability, accuracy, timeliness, and uninterrupted delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTC Industrial Technologies will not be liable for delayed, failed, misdirected, or unauthorized delivery of SMS messages, carrier charges, or losses resulting from your failure to secure your mobile device or update your mobile number.

Nothing in these SMS Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://otcindustrial.com/sms-terms-of-service and may notify you through your account, email, SMS, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised SMS Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Terms

These SMS Terms are incorporated into and governed by OTC Industrial Technologies’s general Terms of Service, except where these SMS Terms expressly provide otherwise. If there is a conflict between these SMS Terms and the general Terms of Service regarding the SMS Service, these SMS Terms will control.
